Following public consultation, the IAIS has published its updated Stakeholder Engagement and Consultation Policy to guide IAIS’ engagement with stakeholders and support the IAIS’ work as a global standard setter.
The IAIS has published a second public consultation on climate risk, aimed at promoting a globally consistent supervisory approach to address issues relating to market conduct and scenario analysis in the insurance sector. Comments are invited 23 February 2024 .
The IAIS has just launched the public consultation on two revised Insurance Core Principles (ICPs): ICP 14 establishes supervisory requirements for the valuation of asset and liabilities for solvency purposes.
