Hideki Nagashima

Director, President, Representative Executive Officer, Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO), and Chief Sustainability Officer (CSuO), Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company

Hideki Nagashima was appointed President and Group CEO of Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company in July 2021. Mr. Nagashima began his career in 1986 at Meiji
Mutual Life Insurance Company, a predecessor company of Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, which was established through a merger in 2004.

He has held various positions within the company, including General Manager of a regional office, General Manager of the Corporate Planning Department, and General Manager of the Human Resources Department.

Mr. Nagashima received a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Tokyo in 1986.
